Contact

Start with the song—or start with the question.

Choose the path that matches where you are. You do not need to schedule a call or know every service in advance. NAVVHOUSE will review what you share and respond within one business day.

01

Start a Project

You have a song, goal, or timeline ready for review.

Use this path when you are ready to share a rough mix and enough information for a service, scope, and scheduling recommendation.

  • Project type, song count, and active track count
  • Recording status and desired timing
  • Mixing, editing, tuning, repair, or production needs
  • What feels unfinished and what must not change
  • References and a private rough-mix link
  • The person authorized to approve the project
Start a Project ↗Submitting requests a review; it does not reserve a start date.
02

Ask a Question

You need clarity before you are ready to start.

Use this path for help with choosing a service, preparing files, timing, editing or tuning needs, multi-song planning, alternate versions, or an existing project.

Written information is usually enough. A brief call is offered only when genuinely useful for clarification.

03

What happens next

A clear response—not a sales chase.

  1. NAVVHOUSE reviews the submission and identifies missing information.
  2. You receive an acknowledgment or substantive response within one business day.
  3. The project is accepted, accepted with recommendations, returned for preparation, or respectfully declined or referred.
  4. Accepted projects receive written scope, deliverables, revisions, turnaround, price, payment, and next action.

Privacy and submission guidance

Project information and client files are treated as private and used to review the inquiry and provide the requested service. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification, or unrelated sensitive personal information.

Use a private or access-controlled rough-mix link when possible. Music, artwork, quotations, release links, and project information are not used publicly without separate permission.
