How it works
Creative collaboration should feel personal without feeling unclear. Every NAVVHOUSE project follows a defined path from the first conversation through final delivery.
Step 1
Use Start a Project when you have a song, timeline, or release plan ready for review. Share the song count, track count, recording status, desired release date, references, editing needs, and what matters most about the record.
If you need clarification first, use Ask a Question. NAVVHOUSE responds within one business day.
Step 2
NAVVHOUSE reviews readiness, scope, timeline, creative needs, and work beyond the standard mix. You receive a written recommendation covering service, preparation, deliverables, revision rounds, turnaround, schedule, price, and payment.
Standard quotes remain valid for seven calendar days unless stated otherwise.
Step 3
A single-song project is scheduled after full payment, file upload, and intake approval. Multi-song projects use a 50% booking payment and written production calendar.
Submit consolidated WAV or AIFF files from the same start point, a current rough mix, BPM, original sample rate, references, creative priorities, and requested alternates. Turnaround begins only after payment, usable files, the creative brief, intake approval, and the start date are confirmed.
Step 4
NAVVHOUSE organizes the session, evaluates the song’s intent, solves technical and creative problems, and builds the mix around the approved priorities.
The standard first mix is delivered within 5–7 business days of the confirmed start date.
Step 5
The first mix arrives as a clearly labeled review version. Listen first for emotion and overall direction, then priorities, then details.
Professional Mixing includes three revision rounds. One round is one consolidated list against the current version. Feedback is due within seven calendar days. Engineer errors and missed approved notes do not consume a round.
Step 6
Final approval is explicit and tied to a specific mix version. After any remaining balance is paid, NAVVHOUSE completes final quality control and delivers the purchased files with clear usage guidance.
You receive 14 calendar days of technical-delivery support. The complete project package is retained for at least 90 days, but you should independently back up the final delivery.
After delivery
NAVVHOUSE follows up after delivery and around the release to confirm the files, support correct credit, learn what worked, and understand what you may be creating next.
